Commentary In Favor Of Books Crimson Frost (Mythos Academy #4)
For a moment, a face flashed before my eyes—the most hideous face I’d ever seen. No matter how hard I tried to forget what had happened, I saw him everywhere I went. It was Loki—the evil god that I’d helped set free against my will. I should have known that my first official date with Logan Quinn was destined to end in disaster. If we’d gotten into a swordfight, or been ambushed by Reapers, I’d have been more prepared. But getting arrested mid-sip at the local coffee hangout? I didn’t see that one coming. I’ve been accused of purposely helping the Reapers free Loki from his prison—and the person leading the charge against me is Linus Quinn, Logan’s dad. The worst part is that pretty much everyone at Mythos Academy thinks I’m guilty. If I’m going to get out of this mess alive, I’ll have to do it myself…Particularize Based On Books Crimson Frost (Mythos Academy #4)

Is this the same cover model? Kinda doesn't look like the same one. (Yes, I'm one of those people who bugs out about these things. Don't judge me!)4.25 stars. Review to follow. From http://readingandwritingurbanfantasy....At A GlanceI just love Jennifer Estep so much. I think everything she writes is gold. This book was no different. But you know me. I found one or two things that bothered me. But I still loved every minute of Crimson Frost. The GoodHere's The Story...It was all going so well. A little coffee, a little flirty banter, a little murder accusation. Yeah, you heard me. Finally Logan and Gwen had a chance to go on their first date, then the Mythos Academy

With how bad I thought the previous book in the series was, I wasn't holding out much hope for this story. I have to say though, it surprised me!With the Harry Potter-esque events of the previous book, I wasn't sure where things could go from here, but we end up with a very revealing plot that does much to showcase Gwen's growth as a character. Sure, she's still annoyingly self-judgemental, but she's on her own for much of this book, and that showcases her growth. She starts to actually believe
