It's quite upsetting to find out that Reggie died because Kid Amazo became a separate entity and went rogue. Damian and Superboy are in big trouble now. It's nice to see Cyborg helping Damian out, but in the meantime, the Justice League is having their energy drained by Kid Amazo. Have to wish the boys good luck for next issue.More than anything, I wish I could have about 100 more issues just like this. Their banter, the chemistry and their partnership is everything to me. Unfortunately, I think the next issue is the last one.
Peter J. Tomasi is an American comic book writer, best known for his work for DC Comics, such as Batman And Robin; Superman; Super Sons; Batman: Detective Comics; Green Lantern Corps; and Superman/Wonder Woman; as well as Batman: Arkham Knight; Brightest Day; Green Lantern: Emerald Warriors; Nightwing; Black Adam, and many more.In the course of his staff career at DC Comics, Tomasi served as aSo bummed to see this series coming to an end. This issue was fantastic. The art work my be the best of any Super Sons issue.
I've lost count of how many times I've read this. Final essays, guys. Sometimes you need a 20-something page shot of happy. Anyway, since the final issue comes out this week (next week? - I heard the 30th, but now I'm hearing the 23rd, so...), I figured I'd put a few of my thoughts down.First of all - and this has been bugging me for over a month now - why doesn't Damian take his cape off ? The drag on that thing has got to be massive. Like, I don't care how committed you are to your aesthetic,
If I hadn't just read this week's Superman I'd probably have given this a 5-star rating. It's incredibly well written and illustrated. There was one selection of panels that...I don't know...skipped something. It felt off.Other than that, I really enjoyed this one.
I too would marry noodles 🍝
