the first novel of guillaume musso that i read. i like it very much that i quoted almost every precious words of it. i don't reread it ever once yet i still can remember most of its details. i have to admit that there's something in musso's writing style that charms readers so much that they all have some respect on his works :).you should read this one. it's precious for anyone who wants to know the reason why love is considered everlasting *smile*.
I think there are books out there that handle time traveling far better. The idea is great although far from fresh and there are inconsistencies of the size of a whale. I was almost forced to read this one and since it was an extremely quick read I have no hard feelings. Plus as one of the reviewers (Jodie) said - the most enjoyable part of the book was mottoes. I do not mean to be mean but most memorable sentence was "I am interested in the future. It's where I plan to spend the rest of my
I love Musso's formula of romantic suspense with a hint of fantasy! His writing is addictive and I'm hardly able to put down the book. It's an easy read but with beautiful life lessons that leave you with many questions about you and the meaning of life.Life it's just a string of decisions but do we realize how even an insignificant decision can lead to a totally different life than the one you were supposed to live if you took the opposite option?Even more than the romantic story, I enjoyed
This is my second book by Guillaume Musso, and he is definitely and officially one of my favourite contemporary authors. When I started reading this book, at the beginning it didn't made much sense and I was struggling to keep my attention on it. At some point I even thought I'll put it down with ought finishing it. That would have been a big mistake! Half way trough the pieces of the puzzle start fitting together, and there is a sense of excitement and curiosity ignited. I found Musso having a
like musso's other works, i love his writing inspiring life, family, love, friendship and destiny even if it is a bit similar with those. So anyway after this book, i have some questions if i have an extraordinary chance to change my past, will i really want to make it different from my present? and my answer might be 'no'. Like Elliot, if we change something for good, it might lead to the other life which differs from present life and unintentionally something can be lost. so whether the life
Again I don't know what to say. I liked the summary of this book. There is time travel, which is great, maybe some love story, that's okay and magic pills which are awesome. But the story itself is just so boring and it made me feel stupid. I was constantly thinking why, why, why is this happening???I mean, the guy time travels 30 years back and of course what happened was that he changed the future in a way that is just stupid. He had 10 pills. He knew from the start that he would have the
