A well written book. Enjoyed reading it.

I was expecting this to be terribly boring and cliche, but Mead has managed to put a spin on the world of vampires and made it interesting and exciting. The OTP- I was originally going to criticize the power dynamic and give a rant about how it's unbalanced and what not, but having read the rest of the series, I stand corrected!I believe that the best types of relationships are where both persons regard one another as equals, in ability, maturity, psychologically etc. Mead has made this pairing

Whoa, these books...I read the first page & I instantly knew I'd like it. That doesn't happen to me much. I'd forgotten how you can get so involved in a book that it becomes merged with everyday life, do you know what I mean?I remember reading Frostbite in the freezing cold (hehe) waiting for the kids I was babysitting to get to sleep. I think Rose was at a spa, & I think I just simply forgot the cold, feeling like I was at a spa, too. Is that weird?*sigh* I'm not being organized about

Okay I'm done with the series but I cant find the third book Shadow Kiss. But it's still awesome and I like it alot. But the ending is twisted and I cried so, so hard but that does NOT mean it's not good. and I'm so excited for the forth book to come out "Blood Promise" I'm so excited!!!!!

Didn't expect much, so I was surprised. The stories weren't that predictable and the first book is way better then the movie. The only thing I didn't like was the fact, that in the end she did get the guy and they sex and _of course_ something bad happends. Is that the way to say: Don't have sex before marriage?

I love it! tho I've only read book 1-3. I don't really know what to write w/o spoiling anything. But i would really remand it if you into vampires, romance and awesome female characters.The movie based on the book is really good too, there's only made one movie, but the books are much better than the movie according to me.
